NOTICE & AGENDA OF OAK CITY TOWN BOARD REGULAR MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board will hold its regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting on Thursday, October 17, 2024 beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room. The following agenda items will be considered: A. Invocation. B. Adopt Agenda. C. Adopt Minutes of Town Board Regular Meeting held September 19, 2024. D. Public Comment. F. Monthly Financial Report & Quarterly Budget Report. G. Departmental Reports. H. Miscellaneous. I. Adjournment. _____________________________________ Angie Dewsnup, Town of Oak City Recorder THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL TOWN MEETINGS. All agenda items need to be submitted to Mayor Shim Callister or Town Recorder, Angie Dewsnup, no later than the Saturday before the Town Board Meeting.
