ASHLEY VALLEY WATER & SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 609 WEST MAIN VERNAL UTAH Notice of a Board Meeting of the Ashley Valley Water & Sewer Improvement District, to be held Tuesday October 15, 2024 @12:00 p.m., in the conference room of the district office located at 609 West Main Vernal Utah. REGULAR MEETING & PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Agenda 1. Welcome & Meeting Opening 2. Statements of Conflict (if any) on today's meeting agenda 1. PUBLIC HEARING AND BONDS TO BE ISSUED 3. Public Hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance by the Ashley Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District of a water revenue bond in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $150,000, to bear no interest except for interest on delinquent installments and to mature in not more than 35 years from the date of said bond, and to explain the potential economic impact that the project to be funded from the proceeds of said bond will have on the private sector. 4.
