Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Work Session meeting at 4:30 p.m. prior to the regular meeting on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, at 6:00 p.m. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend. Work Sessions are not designed to hear public comment or take official action.

Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance (2024-024) amending City Code Section 10-14-24-1-C: Permitted and Conditional Uses, by modifying the provisions and requirements for permitted principal uses within The Grove Commercial Sales Subdistrict, to permit Use #6416 - Auto washing, polishing, and detailing. A. To consider request of McKay Christensen for a 4-lot final subdivision plat, called PG Boulevard Subdivision Plat 'B' on 6.53 acres, located at approximately 238 South Pleasant Grove Boulevard, in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict and the Boulevard Mixed Use (BMU) Overlay. B. To consider request of McKay Christensen for a site plan two apartment buildings with an attached commercial unit, located at approximately 238 South Pleasant Grove Boulevard, in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict and the Boulevard Mixed Use (BMU) Overlay. Presenter: Director Cardenas
C. To consider an Ordinance (2024-025) of Pleasant Grove City, Utah County, UT; Amending Title 1 Chapter 11 'Government Structure' updating the Ordinance to reflect previously adopted changes in various departments including separate parks department and recreation department, including the position of Finance Director; making other technical changes and providing for an effective date. D. To consider Resolution (2024-042) amending the Personnel Policies and Procedures previously approved by the City Council. Specifically, amending Section II 'City Code of Conduct: Subsection 9 'Purchasing: by adopting Subsection 9D 'Credit Card/Purchasing Policy: modifying spending limits in Subsection 9E and adopting a policy for disposing of surplus vehicles in subsection I(3) and amending section VII 'Grievance Procedures' and providing for an effective date.
