(2) Unfinished business of previous meeting. (3) Discussion for consideration and approval of October 2024 bills. (4) Items for board discussion and consideration for approval: (a) Discussion and consideration on bids for Well landscaping project. (b) Discussion and consideration on 2nd pump for Cedar Cove Sewer Lift Station. (c) Discussion and proposal for 2025 'Compensation Management Plan' process. - Presentation of employee wage and merit adjustments. (Terry, Bill & Matt) (d) Board Member Annual Training Nov 6th. (e) Review previous month billing adjustments for approval. (5) Preliminary 2025 Budget Worksheet. (a) Discussion and review of 2025 budget. - Review line-item changes and 2025 proposed projects. (6) Staff Reports: (a) Water Quality Report: - Samples. (b) Ongoing Projects: - Updates on Cedar Cove sewer lift station pump. - BEACON installs. (c) Review Revenue and Expense Statement vs. Budget for: September/2024. - Review Bank Statements for previous months. (d) Employee/HR Items: - Discussion. (e) Public Relations: - Discussion. (7) Possible Closed Meeting, if needed: (a) Pending or Threatened Litigation, Purchase or Sale of Real Property, Security, Deployment or Personnel Issues.
