PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Tremonton City gives notice that on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter, at the Tremonton City Civic Center, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah, the Tremonton City Council will hold a public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of 2.06 acres of real property, referred to as the Jason Murray Annexation, into Tremonton City's incorporated limits. The 2.06 acres of real property is located in Box Elder County between 4800 W and 5200 W and between 12000 N and 11600 N (please see attached annexation plat). The public is invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments for consideration by the City Council.
