CENTERVILLE CITY ZONE CODE AMENDMENT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024, at 7:00pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, regarding proposed Zone Code Amendment to CZC 12.12.040 'Definitions', concerning the request to add a definition for the term 'Body Art', and CZC 12.36.040 'Table of Uses for Commercial Uses', specifically regarding the request to amend CZC 12.36.040 by removing the term 'Tattoo Establishment' and replacing it with the term 'Body Art'. Also, regarding a request to amend CZC 12.36.040 to allow 'Body Art' as a permitted/conditional use in any commercial zone.
