ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR 2024 - 2025 SEWER LINING PROJECT
Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2024 - 2025 SEWER LINING PROJECT will be received by North
Ogden City, at the North Ogden Public Works Office, 165 East Lomond View Drive, North Ogden, UT, until
2:00 pm local time on October 30, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and
read. The Project consists of lining approximately 8000 LF of existing 8' sewer mains and connecting
approximately 143 sewer lateral connections. This project includes lining approximately 600 LF of
existing 48' storm drain pipe at Orton Park. The project has an Engineer's Estimate of $800,000.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the
Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted.
No pre-bid conference will be held.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to
Bidders.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards
in the best interests of the Owner.
