- To be posted on October 10, 2024, on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Draper City Website, and at Draper City Hall. Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the Jason Smith Fence Conditional Use request. Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on the above-listed request for property located at approximately 934 E Crosswinds Way. The purpose of the request is to seek a conditional use permit to allow a fence that is 8 feet in height. The hearing will be held on October 24, 2024, at 6:30 at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Road, in the City Council Chambers.
