NOTICE OF LIBRARY MEETING RICHFIELD PUBLIC LIBRARY Notice is hereby given that the Richfield Public Library Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, October 10 , 2024 at 8am. Please call Tiffany Andersen at 435-896-5169 or email tiff@richfieldcity.com, if you are a board member and cannot attend. Items on the agenda will be: 1. Welcome & Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes 3. Board Training/Policy Review 4. Financial Report 5. Director's Update on Library Status a. Projects b. Staffing c. Event Planning d. Volunteer updates/Community Outreach e. Civic Duties (City Council Meetings, Chamber of Commerce, etc) 6. Committee Reports a. Administration b. Public Relations 7. Follow-up Items 8. New Items (including public commentary) 9. Adjournment
