- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CRANEFIELD ESTATES PHASE 16 FINAL PLAT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing is scheduled for the following item to be heard by the Clinton City Council on October 22, 2024 at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held in the Clinton City Hall at 2267 North 1500 West, Clinton, Utah. Review and action by Ivory Development for final plat approval for Cranefield Estates PRUD Phase 16, a 14-lot residential subdivision consisting of approximately 5.45 acres located at approximately 3840 West (Hooded Crane Dr) and 2300 North (Parcel No. 13-047-0056), which lies in the A-E zoning district. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS.
