- Request for Bids The location of the work is: Columbia Ave between 80 E Columbia Ave and State St SR-89 The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. General items of work include: Installation of sidewalk, corner ADA ramp, curb and gutter, HMA, signs, and striping.
