Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Land Use Hearing Officer will hold two hearings at approx. 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at City Hall, 1330 E. Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah 84106: 1) LUHO-24-007, Tonya Allen is requesting to alter a non-compliant single-family home at 3670 S 1300 E to accommodate a dormer; and 2) LUHO-24-008, Sione Akauola is requesting to alter a non-compliant single-family home at 1422 E Vineyard Court to accommodate a covered patio.
