1. Approval of Minutes- Randy motions, JC seconds, all in favor.
2. Council Updates-
Steven- there is two topics in work session. Accessory dwelling units, and outside town limit Water hook-ups
Jonathan- engine restriction signs- Town has to have a noise ordinance in place and clear and define where the ordinance covers. Local law enforcement to agree to follow the ordinance and enforce it. $2500.00 is the cost for the signs that the signs would need to be covered by the Town of Goshen, and that is each sign.
Trail down center street-They are currently wrapping up a design lots of red tape and bid in the fall, and construction will be next year sometime around May before school ends but wont go in front till the school is out.
Steven talked about the water project, and Ben with Sunrise and him did a ride along to spot all the loose ends and infrastructure that needs to be tidied up.
Steven mentioned he had gotten another grant through CDBG for the new fire truck. 125K, 150K, 50K, and another 44K, a total of 369K has been gathered for the purchase of the fire truck. With the taxes that were raised it should take care of the rest of the money due and then other stuff for the Town. Currently looking for other ways of financials so we don't have to have funding for as much else where.
