NOTICE TO BIDDERS Statements of Qualifications and Interest will be received electronically via SciQuest until 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time, on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 for the following project: Fleet Block Public Open Space, Job No. PRK24079. Statements of Qualifications and Interest delivered to any other location will not be accepted. E-mails or downloads from shared sites shall not be considered. Late Statements of Qualifications and Interest including other required documents as outlined in section 1.8 of Document 00300 will not be accepted. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: The scope of work and submittal requirements will be available on Friday, October 4, 2024. The documents can also be viewed and downloaded at the following websites: https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=StateOfUtah To ensure notification of addenda is received, BIDDERS please register with Utah Public Procurement Portal (SciQuest). The work will consist of providing community engagement, planning, and design services for Fleet Block Public Open Space, PRK24079. More detailed project information is provided in Document 01110. For additional information, please submit questions to the SciQuest project site at https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=StateOfUtah. Questions are due by 5:00 p.m. on October 17, 2024. Responses to questions will be issued via an addenda or directly posted to the SciQuest site. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and Interest or to waive any informality or technicality in any Statement of Qualifications and Interest if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
