Notice is hereby given that TOOELE CITY CORPORATION (OWNER) will accept bids for the Tooele Library Book Cover Awning Project
The Tooele Library Book Cover Awning Project demolition and off-site disposal of the existing awning and footings, all concrete sidewalk, stairs, landscaping and surplus excavated materials within the project limits; and with the furnish and installation of a new approximate 25' x 20' metal awning complete, with new stairs, handrails and concrete walkways, furnish and installation of 4' minus stone cobble in the landscape area, and related appurtenances.
Separate sealed bids will be received by the OWNER in Room 227, of the Tooele City Municipal Offices located at 90 North Main, Tooele, Utah 84074 until 2:00 PM on October 24, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
Project Specifications will be issued in digital format (PDF), and may be obtained by contacting Tooele City Library, 128 West Vine, Tooele, Utah 84074 beginning on Tuesday October 8, 2024, 2024 during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by calling (435) 728-2061. All Bidders must obtain the bid documents directly from the City in order to be considered for Award of Bid.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.
