Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs).

5.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Little Creek Subdivision: Request by Austin Larson to apply the I-O, Infill Overlay to Utah County Parcel #08:047:0009. This parcel is located at 398 North 400 East in the R-1-7.5 Residential Zone. The I-O, In-fill Overlay would allow for a two-lot subdivision to be located on the parcel with reduced setbacks for the lots.
5.2 ACTION ITEM - Payson Business Park Subdivision: Request by Keith Smith on behalf of Tanden SPV I, LLC, for the vacation of lot 5 of the Payson Business Park Subdivision Plat G. The property is located at 292 S. American Way on Utah County Parcel #49:876:0005. With the approval of this vacation, the applicant is seeking to allow for separate ownership of the units.
