NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on October 8th at 7:30 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. 1. Welcome: 2. Hoyt Horton: World Champion Bull Rider: Plaque presented. 3. Karen Shingleton concerns with sidewalk by her home: 4. Shane Nelson; lawn mower in the garage at the cemetery: 5. Citizen Concerns: 6. Itron New Equipment for Meter Reading: 7. Town Employee Report: 8. Recreation Board Report: 9. CVSSD Board Report: 10. Beautification Committee Report: 11. Board Member Reports/Concerns: 12. Review of Past Due Water Bills: 13. Gabbe's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements Any other business that may regularly come before the Council.
