Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE - Springville City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of Ordinance #12-2024, readopting the Springville City 2024 Power Capital Facility Plan, Impact Fee Facility Plan, and the Impact Fee Study; and reenacting power impact fees; at their regular meeting held on October 01, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville.
