AMERICAN FORK RIVER DEBRIS BASIN ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD MEETING AGENDA THURSDAY, October 10, 2024 NOTICE is hereby given that the American Fork River Debris Basin Administrative Board will meet in a regular session on Thursday, October 10, 2024, in the Highland City Conference Room, 5400 Civic Center Drive, Suite 100, Highland, Utah commencing at 12:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ACTION ITEMS 1) ACTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE JULY 11, 2024, MEETING. 2) ACTION TO APPROVE INVOICES FOR PAYMENT a) Highland City - Lunch invoice $ b) Highland City - Vegetative Grinder $10,000.00 DISCUSSION ITEMS: 3) FINAL PAYMENT TO AMERICAN FORK CITY FOR THE DEBRIS BASIN OUTLET CONSTRUCTION. 4) DEBRIS BASIN MAINTENANCE PLAN FOR 2024 -MATERIAL, HAULING PROPOSALS FEMA REIMBURSEMENT 5) DEBRIS BASIN FALL CLEAN UP 2024 6) FUTURE ADMINISTRAVTIVE BOARD MEETINGS AND TOPICS OTHER ITEMS: ADJOURMENT: NEXT MEETING: January 9, 2025 CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Gretchen Homer, certify that the foregoing agenda was posted at the principal office of the public body, at the Lone Peak Fire Station and Lone Peak Police Station, on the Utah State website (http://pmn.utah.gov) and on Highland City's website (www.highlandcity.org).
