Notice of Boulder Planning Commission Public Hearing Boulder Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at their special meeting on Thursday October 17, 2024, (Regular meeting starts at 7:00 PM.) The hearing is to receive public comment regarding: -ORDINANCE 2024-A- Subdivision The State of Utah has adopted new regulations pertaining to the subdivision of lands in Utah. Boulder Town Council as the legislative body of Boulder Town, State of Utah, finds that it is in the best interest of the safety and welfare of the citizens of the Town to comply with State law and to enact a new subdivision ordinance. Boulder Town Council, will rescind and supersede, in its entirety, Chapter 152 of the Boulder Town Code governing Subdivisions and replace it with the Code contained herein. -ORDINANCE 2024-C Boulder Town is adopting changes in its Subdivision Code to comply with State mandated changes. Such changes in the Subdivision Code have resulted in a need to make changes in the Boulder Town Building Regulations, Construction Code; to avoid conflicts and confusion in Boulder Town Codes. -CUP for an RSTR for Anson and Alex Fogel The meeting and hearing will be held at the Boulder Town Community Center, as well as electronically via Zoom connection.
