Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, UT 84095 City of South Jordan Notice of Ordinance Adoption - Ordinance 2024-21 On October 1, 2024, the South Jordan City Council approved ORDINANCE 2024-21, ADOPTING AN AMENDED AND UPDATED IMPACT FEE FOR TRANSPORTATION WITHIN THE 'LAST HOLD OUT' PROPERTIES; ESTABLISHING CERTAIN POLICIES RELATED TO IMPACT FEES FOR TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES; ESTABLISHING SERVICE AREA; AND/OR OTHER RELATED MATTERS. APPROVED 10-01-2024 BY 4-0 VOTE, COUNCIL MEMBER SHELTON ABSENT. The complete ordinance is on file at the South Jordan City Recorder's Office and attached to this notice.
