Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm on the 8th day of October 2024 at the Garland City Building. The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call Meeting to Order
2. Public Hearing, consideration, and possible action on the updating of the City's Subdivision Ordinance for SB 174 compliance.
3. Discussion on other proposed revisions to the City's Subdivision ordinance.
4. Adjourn
