NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF VIRIDIAN FARM PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON OCTOBER 8, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

1. Consider approval of draft minutes from the meeting held July 10, 2024.
D. Action Items
1. Consider approval of Resolution 2024-08, a resolution to approve requisition of the bond project fund for reimbursement of eligible public infrastructure costs, and authoring preparation of and the Chair to sign all other documents required in conjunction therewith.
2. Consider approval of the Administrative Funding and Reimbursement Agreement between the District and DR Horton Inc. and authorize the Chair to sign.
