Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a work meeting in the Administrative Conference Room at the St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah, on Thursday, October 10, 2024 commencing at 4:00 p.m.

1. Update regarding the airport expansion.
2. Update regarding the airport traffic control tower.
3. Discussion regarding fee waivers for the Downtown Farmers Market and the Sunrise Market.
4. Discussion regarding the proposed Tech Ridge Public Infrastructure District
5. Discussion regarding the 100 West property.
6. Reports from Mayor, Councilmembers, City Manager, and City staff.
7. Request a closed meeting to discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale, or the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual.
