a. Planning Commission report.
b. Consider approving a conditional use permit (C-2 use) for the Roots at Richfield development, a Multiple-Family (five or more units) facility, as the Planning Commission recommends, to be located at approximately 1170 S 500 W.
c. Consider approving local consent for a beer license for the restaurant Severo's.
