Short Term Rental Conditional Use Permit
The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 17th, 2024, to receive public comments and to possibly approve an application for a conditional use permit for a short-term rental at 795 W Oak Lane. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at the Francis City Community Center, 2319 South Spring Hollow Road. Subdivision Code Amendment
The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 17th, 2024, to receive public comments regarding a proposed text amendment in Francis City Code Title 17 Subdivisions. The main purpose of the amendment is to bring City Code into compliance with State Code passed during the 2023 legislative session (SB 174). The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at the Francis City Community Center, 2319 South Spring Hollow Road. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person or by email to comments@francisutah.gov prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the public hearing.
