Approve Minutes of the Previous Meeting b. Approve Purchase Orders, Payroll and Payment of Bills c. Licenses and Permits PUBLIC HEARING 6:35 p.m. Public hearing to receive public comment regarding a Planning Commission recommendation to the City Council to approve a minor lot subdivision with conditions for approval. PUBLIC HEARING 6:40 p.m. Public hearing to receive public comment regarding approval to apply for RCOG funding to encourage economic growth in the Fillmore Industrial Park area. PUBLIC HEARING 6:45 p.m. Public hearing to receive public comment regarding amending the Fillmore City Code Chapter 2, Definition of Warehouse Storage Units. PUBLIC HEARING 6:50 p.m. Public hearing to receive public comment regarding Resolution 24-19, a resolution amending Article VII, Utility Rates, Section A, Electric, of the Fillmore City Fee and Rate Schedule, to increase the residential and commercial electric rates by approximately 2.9%. COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Discuss and possibly approve a minor lot subdivision located at approximately 210 West 200 South for Brandon Bartholomew with conditions for approval. b. Discuss and possibly approve applying for RCOG funding to extend additional electrical power to the Fillmore City Industrial Park to incentivize economic growth in Fillmore. c. Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 24-22 amending the Fillmore City Code Chapter 2: Definition of Warehouse Storage Units, and allow for a shipping container storage facility in the Industrial Zone with additional use standards. d. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 24-17 amending the Fillmore City sidewalk policy. e. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 24-18 amending the Fillmore City Sewer Policy and Sanitary Sewer Master Plan. f. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 24-19 amending the Fillmore City Electric Fee Schedule. g. Discuss and possibly approve proposed development agreement draft between Fillmore City and Fillmore Homes, LLC. for the Prairie Haven Planned Development.
