- Festival Hall-Heritage Center Carpet Machine Replacement. Company Background The Heritage Theater and Festival Hall is a Theater and Convention Complex owned and operated by Cedar City Corporation, Project Description We are currently seeking to replace our carpet cleaning machine. Requirements We Require (substitutions are permissible, with approval of the Manager.) 1. NSS Enterprises Stallion 818SC Estimated Project Duration Delivery must be complete by November 22nd Assumptions and Agreements We will not return proposals and reserve the right to dismiss proposals for any reason. Submission Information Bids Need to be submitted by October 31st at noon.
