PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA Thursday, October 17th, 2024 Morgan County Commission Room 6:30 pm PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Morgan County Planning Commission will meet at the above time and date at the Morgan County Courthouse, Commission Chambers; 48 West Young St., Morgan, Utah. The agenda is as follows: Work Session Mountain Green/Peterson Area Plan 5pm 1. Call to order - prayer. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of agenda 4. Declaration of conflicts of interest 5. Public comment Administrative 6. Public Meeting/Discussion/ Decision - Paul Warner Subdivision, No. 2 Plat Amendment- A request for approval of an amendment to the Paul Warner Subdivision for the creation of a new lot, which is identified by parcel number 00-0092-3371 and serial number 03-PWS1-0013-A1 and are approximately located at 5846 N Warner Acres Dr in unincorporated Morgan County. 7. Public Meeting/Discussion/Decision -Gilgen Kennel- A request for approval of a conditional use permit (C2) that is required for a kennel as outlined in MCC § 155.082 Use Regulations, which is identified by parcel number 00-0001-7507 and serial number 01-004-318 and is approximately located at 1529 N Morgan Valley Dr. in unincorporated Morgan County. 8.
