CERTIFICATION OF ANNEXATION PETITION
I, Lisa E. Brough, the duly appointed and acting Recorder of Nephi City in Juab County, State of Utah, do hereby certify that a Petition of Annexation and Map was filed with the City on September 3, 2024 which petition covers 35.49 acres consisting of property owned by Wright Direction, LLC located at approximately 525 W Sheep Lane Drive, Juab County, Parcel No. XB00-2586-2, and XB00-2588-212. The Petition, Red Cliffs Storage Annexation was accepted by the Nephi City Council on September 17, 2024, for further consideration pursuant to §10-2-405 Utah Code Annotated.
I hereby certify the Petition and state the referenced Petition for Annexation has been determined to meet the requirements of Utah Code Annotated §10-2-405.
Nephi City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless, within the time required a written protest to the annexation petition is filed with the Juab County Clerk at 160 N. Main, Nephi UT 84648 and on the same date a copy of the protest shall be mailed or delivered to the office of the Nephi City Recorder at 21 E 100 N., Nephi, UT 84648. Written protests must be received before October 31, 2024, to be considered. Any protest to the annexation petition may be filed by the legislative body or governing board of an affected entity, or the owner of rural real property as defined in the Utah Code 17B-2a-1107
A complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the office of Nephi City, 21 E. 100 N. Nephi, UT 84648.
