Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Monroe City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Monroe City Office located at 10 N Main, Monroe, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments concerning proposed amendments to the Monroe City Land Use Ordinance. The City is proposing various text amendments to the Subdivision Ordinance to increase consistency and compliance with current State requirements and address clarity and correctness issues.
