NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held at the Nordic Valley Sewer Improvement District office at the Eden Professional Center, 2580 North Highway 162, Suite D, Eden, Utah 84301, on Friday, October 4, 2024, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is practicable, to receive comments and to consider adoption of a proposed resolution approving a name change from the 'Nordic Valley Sewer Improvement District' to the 'Nordic Valley Improvement District.' At the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the District Board of Trustees may take action to approve, disapprove, or table the proposed name change.
Comments will be received by the District Board from anyone wishing to be heard. At the discretion of the Board Chair, the time for individual comments may be limited to not more than 3 minutes.
