NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 15th day of October, 2024, at the hour of 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Murray City Hall, 10 East 4800 South, Murray, Utah, the Murray City Municipal Council will hold and conduct a hearing on and pertaining to amending the Zoning Map from the R-1-8 (Single Family Low-Density) zoning district to the R-N-B (Residential Neighborhood Business) zoning district for the property located at 323 East Winchester Street, Murray, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment concerning the proposed amendment to the Zoning Map as described above. DATED this 12th day of September 2024. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
