CLEVELAND TOWN PLANNING & ZONING AGENDA October 2, 2024 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland Call to Order Pledge Minutes: This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence Please limit your comments to three minutes State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Action Agenda: 1. Review/discuss revised changes made in Draft of Cleveland Town's subdivision code to bring it up to the new state code. 2. Accept/Reject draft for subdivision code. Decide if we recommend code to Council. 3. Decide date for public hearing before council meeting on November 14 so Commission can recommend or not at council meeting. 4. Adjourn Meeting. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be held on November 6, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
