NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF OLYMPIA PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON OCTOBER 3, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

1. Consider for approval the meeting Minutes from July 31, 2024.
2. Consider approval of Resolution 2024-07, accepting an appraisal of and approving a Real Estate Purchase Contract for acquisition of approximately 7.469 acres of future park property, and authorizing the Chair to sign.
