NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REQUEST To hear public comment regarding a proposed Zone Change for a new mixed-use project at 2122 Orchard Drive from RM-19 (Multi-Family Residential) and C-G (General Commercial) to MXD-R (Mixed-Use Residential).
BACKGROUND
The applicant requests a Zone Change for one parcel along Orchard Drive to facilitate the integration of diverse but compatible uses into a single-development. With this requested zone change the applicant is proposing a development plan which would provide the standards of which the development will adhere to.
DATE/TIME AND PLACE The Bountiful Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this item on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. The public hearing will start at approximately 6:30 PM in the Bountiful City Council Chambers, 795 South Main Street, Bountiful, Utah.
COMMENT Any person having interest in these matters may attend and be heard during a public meeting.
