1. Each director report, Childrens Choir by KeriLynn, Art Classes by Shauna, Theatre report Jordana. Linda Update on Craft Fair, Graphics and website update, any City requests Doug Courtney, Input Carol, Quilting, Kelly and Glade Finance, Becca report on art show, Susan and Shauna on Hale Theatre.
