HEBER CITY NOTICE of RECEIPT of ANNEXATION PETITION and VALID CERTIFICATION Notice is hereby given that the Heber City Council has received a petition for annexation into the City entitled Wasatch County Administrative Building Project Annexation. The area proposed for annexation consists of 20.8 acres of adjoining lands and is located at approximately the corner of South Field Road and Midway Lane at 100 S South Field Road, Wasatch County, Utah, 84032. On September 30, 2024, the Heber City Council received notice of certification of the annexation petition as complying with the Utah State Code §10-2-403(3) and (4). Heber City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless a written letter of valid protest of the annexation petition is filed by October 31, 2024, with the Wasatch County Boundary Commission located at 25, North Main Street, Heber City, Utah 84032, and a copy of the protest is also delivered to the Heber City Recorder at 75 North Main Street, Heber City, UT 84032.
