- PUBLIC NOTICE To all residents and landowners in Kingston Town: Kingston Town will hold a public hearing to discuss making an application to the Community Impact Board for a project to redevelop the Spring Collection area. Items to be discussed include; funding options, project scope, implementation schedule, and its effects on residents.
