RIVERDALE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Riverdale City gives notice that on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., at the Riverdale City Civic Center, 4600 South Weber River Drive, Riverdale, Utah, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive and consider public comments regarding the following: Proposed amendments to the Riverdale Municipal Ordinance Code, Title 21, Chapter 21, to add new or modify existing sections in compliance with the 2024 Utah State Legislature's House Bill 476 further clarifying subdivision procedures and related matters. The public is invited to review and inspect all information available concerning such proposal(s) at the Riverdale City Offices during the regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
