The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony Prayer: Pledge of Allegiance: 1. Public Haring-Portage Town General Plan 2. Approve Aug 7, 2024 & September 10, 2024 Planning and Zoning minutes. 3. Public Comments limited to (3) three minutes per person. 4. Final updates and adoption on the Portage Town General Plan-Approval/recommendation to Town Council 5. Standing agenda items: Discuss and vote on Code/Ordinances-Table of Contents, Terms, Index, and Section:101-119. Removal of outdated or inapplicable Ordinances. Adjourn:
