Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday October 03, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing, via zoom only, https://farmington.utah.gov/city-government/planning-commission/planning-commission-meetings/ to consider the following:
- Recommendation for an amendment to Section 11-28-050, SUPPLEMENTARY YARD REGULATIONS of Title 11, ZONING REGULATIONS. The amendment is proposed to allow rear yard averaging on all residential lots. This is currently allowed only for lots which are not rectangular in shape. (ZT-14-24)
