Millcreek, Utah Public Hearings Notice Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold five public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah 84106: 1) consideration of EX-24-002, request for an exception from the standards in Title 14 of the Millcreek Code of Ordinance that requires new development to install sidewalk, curb, and gutter, at approximately 3501 S 2700 E by applicant Chris Bick; 2) consideration of SD-24-009, request to subdivide a mixed-use development, composed of 31-townhome residential units and approximately 1,500 square feet of commercial space, in the C-2/R-M zone at approximately 4350 S 900 E by applicant Joseph Denker; 3) consideration of SDA-24-004, request to amend the boundaries of the Primosic Subdivision to increase the yard size at approximately 3122 S 900 E by applicant Dakota Janes; 4) consideration of ZT-24-017, request for a zone text amendment to modify the Millcreek Code of Ordinances Chapter 19.62A, Olympus Hills West -Village Special District (OHW-VSD) as it pertains to building height, setbacks and other design criteria by applicant Chris Zarek; and 5) consideration of ZM-24-011, request to enter into a subsidiary development agreement, through a rezone application, as it pertains to an office, restaurant, and residential mixed-use development being proposed, as a second phase to the OHW-VSD Zone, on the northern portion of property generally located at 3942 S Wasatch Boulevard (immediately north of the approved Porche Dealership) by applicant Chris Zarek with Cowboy Partners. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall and on the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/AgendaCenter. The public is invited to attend or watch the hearings and make comments. The meeting will be livestreamed via the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/373/Meeting-Live-Stream. Public comment can be submitted via the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/FormCenter/Contact-Us-5/Public-Comments-61.
