- NORTH POINTE SOLID WASTE SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Administrative Control Board of the North Pointe Solid Waste Special Service District will hold a public hearing on October 14, 2024, for the purpose of hearing comments on: - Proposed sale of 6.3 Acres, west of the railroad tracks, to Utah County. - Proposed 2024 Amended Budget The Public Hearing will be held in the conference room at North Pointe Solid Waste Special Service District, 2000 W 200 S Lindon UT, Monday, October 14, 2024, at 9:00a.m. This notice is hereby provided in accordance with the provisions of the 'Fiscal Procedures for Special Interlocal Entities' and Utah Code Section 11-13-531.
