RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 10, 2024 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): 1. McCay Development Agreement, PLZ-24-6001, an application to develop property at 2682 West 13400 South with exceptions to the City Code. This item was continued from the September 12, 2024 Planning Commission Meeting. Applicant - Daniel McCay 2. My Storage Riverton Amendment 2, PLZ-24-8012, an amended Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan for a commercial storage unit development located at 13487 South 5600 West. Applicant - Jeffrey Bernson 3. Myers Park Phase 2 Private Lane, PLZ-24-2030, a conditional use application for a private lane in a future residential subdivision at approximately 2400 West 11800 South. Applicant - Randy Moore This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
