G. LAND USE ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT (PUBLIC HEARING)
1. Utah County Planning Commission - Proposed amendments to Sections 2-2, 3-2, 17, 36 & 39, 4-1, 5-8, 9, 10, & 13, 7-12, 14, 17, 19, 20, & 21, of the Utah County Land Use Ordinance to correct, clarify, and to make consistent with recent changes to the Planned Unit Development Ordinance.
H. GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT, LAND (PUBLIC HEARING)

ZONE MAP AMENDMENTS, REFERRED
FROM THE UTAH COUNTY COMMISSION
1. Utah County Commission - Proposed amendment to the Utah County General Plan, 2006, from the Agricultural/Watershed designation, Residential designation, and the Commercial designation to a Specific Area Land Use Plan for the Goshen Valley Area, portion of T8S, R1W & 2W, T9S, R1W & 2W, T10 S, R1E, 1W & 2W and T11S, R1W & 2W.
2. Utah County Commission - Proposed amendment to the Utah County Land Use Ordinance, Section 4-1, and to create a new Goshen Valley PC, Planned Community Zone, Section 5-17.
3. Utah County Commission - Proposed amendment to the Utah County Zone Map from M&G-1, A-40, RR-5, RA-5 and NC-1 to the new Goshen Valley PC, Planned Community Zone, portions of T8S, R1W & 2W; T9S, R1W & 2W; T10S, R 1E, 1W & 2W; and T11S, R1W & 2W, 25,778 acres, Elberta area, with approval of a Master Agreement.
4. Utah County Commission - Proposed PC Zone Plan for the approximately 26,000 acres in the new Goshen Valley PC Zone, portions of T8S, R1W & 2W; T9S, R1W & 2W; T10S, R1E, 1W & 2W; and T11S, R1W & 2W; Elberta area.
5. Utah County Commission - Proposed CSP, Community Structure Plan, with Development Standards, Industrial area of the Goshen Valley Specific Site Plan, Utah County General Plan, 2006, Sections 6, 7 & 8, T10S, R1W, and Sections 1 & 12, T10 South, R2W, Elberta area, approximately 750 acres.
6. Utah County Commission - Proposed amendment to the Utah County Land Use Ordinance, Section 4-1, and to create a new I-2, Industrial Zone, Section 5-16.
7. Utah County Commission - Proposed amendment to the Utah County General Plan, 2006, from the Agricultural/Watershed designation to the Manufacturing designation, and Zone Map amendment from the M&G-1, Mining and Grazing Zone to the new I-2, Industrial Zone, Sections 6, 7 & 8, T10S, R1W, and Sections 1 & 12, T10S, R2W, Elberta area.
