PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.)
1. Roll Call
2. Select an Interim Chairperson
3. Conditional Use Permits/Home Occupation Permits
a. Tyson Curtis - Update on conditional use to establish a commercial retail business at the old Pizza Hut site. A C-1 use in a CG Commercial General Zone.
b. Braden Seegmiller - To request a conditional use for the Roots at Richfield development, a Multiple Family (five or more units) facility. This is a C-2 Use in a RM-24 Zone
c. Jack Black - To request reapproval of the Cottonwood Corner subdivision.
d. Teddy Lewis - Request to build an eight-foot fence in his back yard at 625 S 1000 W.
