- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 08, 2024 at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. A request to amend the St. George Regional Hospital PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone for the purpose of adding a three level expansion to the existing facility. The additional building will be approximately 14,000 sq. ft. per level, adding an additional 42,000 sq. ft. to the hospital site. The applicant is HKS, and the representative is Savannah Gregory. The project will be known as St. George Regional Hospital Expansion. Case No. 2024-PDA-019.
