- Citizens' Compensation Advisory Committee (CCAC) MEETING AGENDA A meeting of the CCAC will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This meeting will be hosted in-person at the SLC Human Resources Department - Main Office, located at 349 South 200 East - 5th Floor (Aspen Conference Room), Salt Lake City, UT 84111 This meeting is open to the public. 1. Meeting Open & Welcome, establish quorum 2. Nomination of 2024-25 committee chair and vice-chair 3. Review & adopt February 20, 2024 meeting minutes 4. Public Comment: The chair of the committee invites interested individuals and group representatives to speak during this section of the meeting. Remarks, comments or questions will be limited to a maximum of 2-4 minutes. Submission of written comments for this part of the meeting is acceptable. 5. Utah Open Meetings Act annual training - Jonathan Pappasideris, Senior City Attorney 6. 2024 City compensation & benefit updates, including an overview of the latest salary budget forecasts for 2024-2025 - David Salazar & Lori Gaitin 7. Proposed 2025 committee meeting schedule - Michael Jenson 8. Confirm next meeting date(s): ___________________________ 9. Adjourn Meeting
