NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled city council meeting on October 15, 2024 at 6:35 p.m. at the Fillmore City council chambers located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding a Planning Commission recommendation to the City Council to approve a minor lot subdivision with conditions for approval. Individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office at 743-5233 at least three business days prior to the meeting.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) must notify the city office at 75 West Center Street (435-743-5233)at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
